The work comprises the replacement of Structure 24-WG, First Line between Sideroad 10 and Sideroad 15 (former Township of West Garafraxa), in the Township of Centre Wellington as follows: Removal and Offsite Disposal of Existing Bridge Structure and Footings, Construction of a New 32.0m Clear Single Span Concrete Slab on 1200 NU Girder Integral Abutment Bridge, Including Reinforcing Steel Bar, Stainless Reinforcing Steel Bar, GFRP Reinforcing Bar, H-Piles, Elastomeric Bearings, Cofferdams, Dewatering, Bridge Deck Waterproofing, Parapet Walls with Railing, Approach Slabs, Soil Excavation Including Excess Soil Disposal, Granular Backfill to Structure, Granular Base, Hot Mix Asphalt, Precast Concrete Gravity Block Wall (MSE), SBGR, Concrete Curb and Gutter, Pavement Markings and other miscellaneous roadworks. Only Tenders received from General Contractors that have been previously prequalified by the Township shall be considered by the Township. Note - This tender is open to previously prequalified Level I General Contractors. Prequalified Level II General Contractors can also bid provided they can provide proof of ability as further detailed.
