The work comprises the construction of Centre Wellington Business Park (North Fergus) – Phase 2 between Dickson Drive and First Line, Fergus, in the Township of Centre Wellington as follows:  

Earth Excavation (Grading), Granular Base, Hot Mix Asphalt, Storm Sewer, Watermain, Sanitary Sewer, Concrete Curb and Gutter, Concrete Sidewalk Multi-Use Pathway and Stormwater Management Chambers
