Phase 1 (2026 Construction) work comprises of the reconstruction of Smith Street from Henderson Street to David Street, Elora. Phase 2 (2027 Construction) work comprises of the reconstruction of Victoria Street from Henderson Street to Smith Street, Elora. The scope of work on the above listed Streets in the former village of Elora, now with the Township of Centre Wellington includes soil Excavation, rock excavation, granular base, hot mix asphalt, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, and underground hydro.
