Qualified, licensed water well driller to complete the construction and installation of two (2) new municipal drinking water production wells. Following the construction of the production wells, the successful Bidder will develop the wells, and complete downhole geophysical surveys and hydraulic testing of each well through step-testing and a 30-day constant rate pumping test. |
