Full reconstruction of Gerrie Road for a length of approximately 860m (Colborne Street to 860m north) including concrete curb and gutter (west side only), 3.0m wide asphalt trail (west side only), 300mm diameter watermain and appurtenances, storm sewer (various sizes) and appurtenances, earth excavation and stripping of topsoil, new granular and asphalt road base, street lighting and landscape restoration.
