Engineering services to undertake completion of a Stormwater Management (SWM) Master Plan. The SWM Master Plan will provide the Township with an understanding of how the existing stormwater management network is functioning, identify capacities constraints, evaluate opportunities to improve water quality, and inform short and long range planning to improve its stormwater infrastructure. 

This assignment will consist of, but not be limited to:

• Review of background information including developing a work plan to obtain missing data and fill in any gaps.
• Investigations, required studies, stormwater model creation and updating IDF curve information to accommodate climate change.
• Public and agency consultation.
• Project management and coordination with Township staff, including administrative support and documentation.
• Completion of a comprehensive stormwater management plan in conformity with the latest version of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) process, completed in accordance with Approach #2 in the MCEA guideline.
